Ok, so my daughter has about a few inches of her hair over her waist and her hair is straight and jet black. We are going to the philippines for a vacation (Bacolod City to be exact) and she wanted to either receive her hair rebonded or highlighted. She is only twelve. I was wondering which one would you recommend, rebonding or highlighting. Her hair is very straight and shiny jet black and I would hate to look it receive ruined. So any comments or suggestions on either rebonding or highlighting her hair would be great. Whats the average cost of tuition per year/semester for nursing? What are the usual hours of classes? (like how in HS we go from 7:20 AM - 2:05 PM) What are the class sizes like (20-30, 30-40, 40-50, etc..)? Are we allowed to use laptops in class to take notes or record lectures? How are the teachers? I've heard that they're more caring for the students to pass, but I've also heard that they can be brutal. Would I have to do any entrance exams? (Problem with this later) What nice of subjects do they assign in a usual schedule for the year? Like how this year in HS I have. 1) Law and Society 2) Spanish 2 3) Computer Aided Drafting 4) English 3 5) American Government 6) Algebra 2 Would they follow some nice of a similar format or would it be completely be different? (I'd adore for someone to post up an example schedule including subjects) Would I have to do the National Service Training Program (ROTC/LTS/CWTS)even though I'm an American? Whats the ratio like on book work vs hands on training? (Kinda like how Police Officers do more hands on training then book work, while Lawyers do more book work with maybe a few mock trials) Are there many projects? Group? Individual? Essays done at every? CSA-Bs site states that "Students are required to register personally." how well do they hold that up? Johny, I'm 1st generation Filipino American in my family, parents are immigrants. I'm not white, 75% Filipino and 25% Chinese. Brought up to know respect and not some white washed Filipino American. Gonna go over there for the cultural experience of a life time, meet the family, meet new people, and have a change of scenery from the city scape of California. I also don't need a job to support myself over there, we got established family members over there that adore us. I lived in the PI for 10 months straight and have around 2 months of vacation time over there so I know what I'm getting myself into. I can also understand most tagalog and some Ilonggo, but for some reason I can't talk it, when i spent 3 weeks over there during last summer I was able to put some basic sentences together in my head whenever I heard someone talking, but I didn't want to say them outloud and make a fool of myself. If I stayed a month or so longer, I would of probably been able to talk their basics. Chris A, I can type faster then I can write, would I be allowed to take notes with a laptop in class?

Resolved Question: Philippine Airline way more expensive than Cebu Pacific why??

Lately, I have been searching for plane tickets to buy from Manila to Bacolod. I understand that there's two airlines that I could use-Philippines Airline and Cebu Pacific. I went to these airline's websites and compared prices. What shocks me is when I saw Philippine Airlines price is WAY more expensive than Cebu Pacific. Can anybody explain this to me? Is there a catch and a tremendous reason why Cebu Pacific is half the price of Philippine Airline? We are talking about three thousand Pesos for Cebu Pacific and six thousand for PA! What the heck? Does Philippine Airline offer something that the othert airline doesn't for their price to be a lot higher? If anyone can help explain this, I'd appreacite it. Furthermore, try going to both websites and check for fare. You'll know what I am talking about. I need to buy tickets for me and my son we go back and I really want to keep money while there. Thanks a lot in advance! Naku naman, sana kung ganyan ang price nang PA, maybe they should add an extra foot massage on board. Gee..that's their prices seems very unreasonable compare to CebuPA. Why would I pay double the price if I can receive it somewhere else cheaper. Pareho lang naman ang purpose--and that is it it will receive me to my destination. If there's no particular reason why this is the case (PA a lot more expensive) then I will go ahead and buy it from CebuPA. Any suggestion? Well, I probably won't mind buying kamatis just as long as it serve same purpose. Bottom line, I need to receive to my destination the cheapest way possible. No need to splurge on extra cash on fare. Naku daming change talaga. I am going to be entralled with every this change that has occured while I'm gone. Yikes, di ko expect ganyan na ka mahal ang ticket! Aref4- if that's the case, it only make sense why their price is higher.
